At Charkhi, we are committed to processing and shipping your orders promptly and reliably. We dispatch orders Monday through Saturday, excluding national holidays. Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 to 72 hours from the time of placement.

Shipping Fees

  • Domestic Shipping: No Shipping charges on all domestic orders across India.
  • International Shipping: Shipping charges for international orders are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your package. You’ll be able to view the applicable shipping fee at checkout before completing your purchase.

Please note: International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the shipping fees paid at checkout and must be borne by the customer.

  • Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes
  • Domestic Orders: Standard shipping typically delivers within 5 to 10 business days.
  • International Orders: Orders shipped internationally are generally delivered within 15 to 20 business days.
  • Order Processing
  • All orders are processed within 48 to 72 business hours from the time of purchase. Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation along with tracking details to monitor your shipment.
  • Delivery & Carrier Responsibility
  • We partner with trusted logistics providers to ensure smooth delivery. However, Charkhi is not liable for delays or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier. In such cases, our team will work closely with you and the carrier to resolve any concerns swiftly.
  • If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave a notice or attempt redelivery. In case of multiple failed delivery attempts and the package is returned to us, we will reach out to coordinate reshipment, which may incur additional shipping charges.
  • International Shipping Terms
  • Charkhi currently ships to select international destinations. Please ensure you are aware of your country’s customs policies, as any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Charkhi at the time of checkout.
